Great place for a quick bite. Staff very friendly y and kind , specially the owner Danila. Fresh homemade fast food. Great sandwiches. Also my husbands favorite pasta al cinghiale.

We were walking back from the tower down to the central train station. We passed all the popular restaurants with outside seating and then happened to pass by The Tower House. Honestly I was not expecting much. Someone in my group commented, "they must be selling plants" because of all the plants we saw from the outside. It ended up being the best meal we had during this trip!
When we stepped inside, we saw some patrons at the bar drinking espresso. Only a few tables were occupied. We had five people, so we sat ourselves at a bigger table. No one greeted us or served us menus right away.
This is what I tried in order of what I enjoyed:
Penne al pomodoro €8
Tonno/brie/pomodori e pate' di olive €11
Lasagna €10
Pappardelle al cinghiale €10
Pappardelle funghi €10
The portion sizes were perfect. We discovered peperoncino (frantumato) here. It was amazing. I wish I was able to find gems like this in Florence.

Happened upon this gem when we got caught in a torrential downpour complete with thunder & lightening. I had the tuna, brie, tomato & olive pate sandwich, hubby had scrambled eggs. Deliciously fresh and tasty . Then the lights went out 😂 it was so atmospheric, & the ladies were so calm, friendly and efficient. Definitely would recommend, little gem 💎 of a place

Last beer before we headed to the airport. Such a lovely place great decor, fantastic food that we received and such friendly staff too. Would recommend stopping here if you're visiting.

Delicious sandwich! I had the panini with pork roast. The meat was full of flavor and the tomatoes very rich. Also fair prices! Would recommend!

If you come to Pisa you have to try it.
I just went back couple of times this week, outstanding!!! Food got better, selection of wines including Le Volte and several other including some Brunello di Montalcino etc etc. I had Cestino di zucchine e ricotta, unbelievable, penne arrabbiata that I am still looking for a restaurant in NY that makes it like that and my friend had Cacio e pepe bucatini as simple as sounds it was one of the best lunch I had in Italy. Finished with home made Biscotti and espresso corretto al Rum.

Great place to have a nice rest and taste pretty good italian food… il ravoili and the capresse salad are great!!! You will feel welcome by everybody in the staff… thanks to them for taking care of such a large and demanding group!!!!

Very special place, where you feel absolutely comfortable with amazing owners and service, this place have wonderful wine and food looks also amazing, for me it’s the best place to relax in whole Pisa.
